Refund policy

 

At LUYUMEA, we are committed to providing quality products and customer satisfaction.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our body-applied wellness patches, all sales are final once shipped. Opened, used, or tampered items cannot be returned or refunded.

We may offer a replacement or refund review only in the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received
  • Package lost in transit
  • Order marked delivered but not received after carrier verification

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos if applicable.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used items
  • Orders refused by customer
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

LUYUMEA reserves the right to review and approve all refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.
